Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, and a strong passion for developing business and building long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building materials market.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, dealers, and other key customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including specifications, applications, and industry standards.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify current opportunities and challenges.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.




Business Development: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report progress to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ year of experience in building materials sales preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer network is an advantage.
Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
