The Role ​We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Founder’s Associate Intern to join our founding team. In this role, you won't be grabbing coffee—you will be running core operations, building platform processes, designing growth content, and working directly alongside the founders to scale the company. ​If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving unstructured problems, and want a front-row seat to building a fintech startup from the ground up, this role is for you. ​What You’ll Do ​Operations & Backend Support: Assist with platform workflows, user onboarding, data reconciliation, operational logistics, and quality assurance for our investment deals. ​Marketing & Visual Content: Design engaging digital content (social media graphics, deck slides, newsletters, and promo material) using Canva, Figma, or similar tools to elevate our brand presence. ​Growth & Execution: Help run customer feedback loops, execute email outreach, and test recent acquisition channels. ​Generalist Problem Solving: Take ownership of ad-hoc special projects across operations, product testing, and market research as new challenges arise. ​Who You Are ​High Ownership Mindset: You take initiative, follow through on tasks,
