About the Role

We are looking for a caring, energetic and enthusiastic preschool Teacher who enjoys working with young children and can create a happy, safe and engaging classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the classroom with confidence and care.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Teach through stories, rhymes, songs, games, art and hands-on activities.
Encourage children's communication, social skills and independence.
Maintain a positive and well-organised classroom.
Observe and support each child's learning and development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child's progress.
Work collaboratively with the school team and follow school routines and curriculum.




Ensure children's safety, hygiene and wellbeing throughout the school day.

Requirements
Montessori / NTT / ECCE / B.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
Patient, friendly and child-focused approach.
Valuable classroom-management skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for working with preschool children.
Freshers with the right attitude and confidence are welcome to apply.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on qualification, experience and performance.
