Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling Honda two-wheelers by understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features and perks, arranging test rides, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain Honda motorcycle/scooter models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
Arrange and coordinate test rides for prospective customers.
Generate recent sales leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals, and field activities.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Explain finance, insurance, registration, and other related processes to customers.
Maintain customer information and update sales records/CRM.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.




Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry through vehicle delivery.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the sales manager.

Requirements
