We are looking for an experienced South Indian Head Chef / Dosa Master to join a current premium South Indian QSR in Guwahati, Assam.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast and QSR dishes.
Expert in dosa, ghee dosa, masala dosa, idli, vada, sambar and chutneys.
Develop and standardize recipes for consistent taste and quality.
Prepare and manage dosa/idli batter and fermentation.
Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen standards.
Manage high-volume kitchen operations efficiently.
Help develop the restaurant’s South Indian menu and kitchen SOPs.

Candidate requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in South Indian restaurants/QSRs.
Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
Experience from Bengaluru, Chennai or Hyderabad is an advantage.




Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking.

Candidates who have worked as a Dosa Master / South Indian Master Chef / Head Chef are preferred.

Job location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and cooking trial.

Key: A practical cooking trial will be conducted before final selection.
