Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations and statutory documentation. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/ERP, GST, TDS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts and supporting documents.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliance.
Verify GST invoices, input tax credit and related documentation.
Maintain proper records of expenses and supporting bills.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports as required.
Assist in preparation of profit & loss statements,



balance sheets and other MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers when required.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records for audit purposes.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and provide regular updates to management.
Handle petty cash and maintain cash records.
Ensure accounting entries and financial records are accurate and up to date.
Support management with financial data and other accounting-related requirements.

Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
Valuable understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
