About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how online businesses operate behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.
Support product listing, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, and content management.
Monitor product availability and flag stock or listing issues.
Track orders, cancellations, returns, and other marketplace-related metrics.
Help maintain marketplace trackers and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.




Support promotional and sale-event activities.
Monitor product ratings, reviews, and account health.
Ensure marketplace data and product information remain accurate and updated.

Requirements
Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines.
