Supervise and manage construction crews and subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications
Ensure health and safety, conducting regular site inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing hazards immediately.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align site activities with project goals and timelines.
Manage materials and equipment, including ordering, inventory control, and scheduling deliveries to maintain workflow without overstocking.
Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, attendance, progress reports, and incident documentation.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting, resolving in office issues, emergencies, or conflicts between trades to prevent delays or budget.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
