Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect with 2 to 3 years of skilled experience to join our design team. In this role, you will participate in all project phases—from initial schematic design through to construction administration—transforming client visions into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling spatial designs.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Schematics: Draft conceptual models, spatial layouts, and detailed architectural drawings using CAD and BIM software under direct supervision of senior architects.
3D Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renders, physical study models, and walkthrough animations to communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.
Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed Working Drawings, specifications, schedules (door/window/finishes), and construction details for site execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Review designs against local zoning laws, municipal building codes, ADA/accessibility guidelines, and fire safety regulations.
Site Visits & Coordination: Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent, resolve technical RFIs, and review sample materials.




Consultant Integration: Collaborate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and civil engineers to integrate technical systems seamlessly into spatial layouts.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent from an accredited institution).
Experience: 2–3 years of qualified design experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. ( Freshers Can also apply)
Software Proficiency:
Advanced command of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering tools (Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for client presentations.
Technical Skills: Robust understanding of building systems, material properties, construction details, and municipal approval processes.
Soft Skills: Portfolio showcasing strong spatial design thinking, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
