Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Filings: Draft board/shareholder resolutions, notices, minutes, and complete statutory filings with the RoC/MCA and regulatory bodies.
Transaction Support: Assist in legal due diligence, review deal documents (SHA/SPA), and track closing conditions for IB transactions.
Capital Markets & SEBI: Help manage compliance for IPOs, rights issues, and preferential allotments (SEBI ICDR/LODR guidelines).
Governance & Audit: Maintain corporate registers, track compliance calendars, and support internal/statutory audits.
Eligibility & Skills
Pursuing CS Skilled from ICSI.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Companies Act and corporate laws.
Positive communication, drafting and MS Office skills.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
