Part-Time Occupational Therapist

The Unique Mind Clinic is looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team and work with children with developmental, sensory, behavioural and functional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children based on their individual needs and goals.
Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual-motor integration and hand-eye coordination.
Address sensory processing and sensory regulation needs.
Work on attention, concentration, cognitive and functional skills.
Support children in developing activities of daily living (ADL) and age-appropriate independence.
Plan and implement individualised therapy activities and intervention programs.
Monitor and document the child's progress regularly.
Coordinate with parents, psychologists, speech therapists and other specialists as required.




Provide parents with appropriate home-based activities and guidance.
Maintain proper session records, assessments and progress reports.
Create a safe, engaging and child-friendly therapy setting.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Experience working with children will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
