Job Title: Agency Channel – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
The Agency Channel is a traditional life insurance sales channel where individual insurance agents/advisors sell insurance policies directly to customers. The role focuses on recruiting and developing agents, generating business, achieving sales targets, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
Train, guide, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business through the agency network.
Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
Explain and promote life insurance products such as Term Plans, Endowment Plans, ULIPs, Pension Plans, and Whole Life Plans.
Help agents with lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversions.
Track agent performance and support them in achieving monthly targets.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions.
Assist customers and agents with policy-related queries, renewals, documentation, and claims.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
