Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening before processing it to the clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a robust candidate network.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment.
Solid understanding of the job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Valuable candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Experience in a manpower consultancy/recruitment agency will be preferred.
Candidates who are energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven are encouraged to apply.

Salary – As per candidate’s experience

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
