Job Title: Spectro Operator / Spectrophotometer Analyst

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience operating spectroscopic instruments in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or chemical laboratory environment.
Core Chemistry Knowledge: Robust fundamental understanding of chemical reactions, solution preparation, molarity, normality, and basic analytical chemistry techniques.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with spectrographic software and standard laboratory equipment (pipettes, analytical balances, pH meters).
Attention to Detail: High precision in weighing samples, executing testing methodologies, and spotting data anomalies.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and report generation.
Communication: Valuable written and verbal communication skills for maintaining clear lab documentation.
