Clueless Kreatives is looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Enrollment Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to contact prospective families who have expressed interest in school, after-school, summer, or youth programs through Facebook and other marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to speak with leads, understand their needs, answer basic program questions, follow up consistently, and help convert interested families into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through Facebook and other marketing campaigns.
Speak with parents and prospective families interested in school and youth programs.
Explain program details clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested, undecided, and previously contacted leads.
Encourage qualified prospects to complete registration or take the next enrollment step.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and outcomes.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Coordinate with the enrollment or operations team when additional information is required.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.




Robust phone presence with the confidence to speak with parents and prospective customers.
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, admissions, enrollment, lead conversion, or customer service is preferred.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Solid follow-up and persuasion skills without sounding overly aggressive.
Organized and able to maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up schedules.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead-management platforms.
Reliable internet connection and professional working workplace.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets.

Working Hours

7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Candidates must be comfortable working consistently during these hours to communicate with prospects in the United States.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who understands that these are warm leads — not random cold calls. Families have already expressed interest, and your job is to start the conversation, build trust, follow up, and help move them toward enrollment.

Pay: ₹266,000.00 - ₹585,000.00 per year
