Guidepoint is hiring for the role of Research Associate!

Responsibilities of the Intern:
Identify and recruit senior industry specialists (executives, operators, customers, investors, and subject matter experts) aligned to priority private market sectors.
Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily via phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and email.
Screen, qualify, and engage senior professionals, clearly articulating Guidepoint’s value proposition.
Build and maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems while meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs.
Work in a fixed US-hours night shift from the office (approx. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with robust academic performance.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a core daily activity.
Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
Results-oriented mindset with willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift in Gurugram.
