Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging digital content, managing platform channels, and analyzing performance metrics to grow our audience and drive community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Draft engaging post copy, graphics, short-form video reels, and visual assets tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Community Management: Monitor brand channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers to build an online community.
Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates),



monitor trend performance, and prepare monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
Trend & Market Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform features, and competitor strategies to keep brand content relevant and fresh.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside design, event, and marketing teams to highlight key projects, live events, and promotional launches across social platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Content Creation: Skilled in using Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut to design graphics and short video reels.
Copywriting: Ability to write transparent, engaging post captions tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Platform Analytics: Basic understanding of social media tracking tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
Trend Awareness: Up to date on digital trends, viral formats, and emerging platform features.
Time Management: Solid organizational skills to manage content calendars and stick to publication schedules.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
