We are looking for a Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment / Staff Augmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical requirements
Source relevant profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
Ensure quality profiles are shared within the required timelines.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Staff Augmentation.
Valuable understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
Strong sourcing and CV screening skills.
Only candidates with relevant Staff Augmentation / IT Recruitment experience should apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
