Job Role: Warehouse Trainer

Minimum Qualification: 12th Class / ITI / Diploma / Graduate

Experience: Relevant warehouse / logistics / inventory operations experience as per the applicable QP requirements.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on warehouse operations, inventory handling, material movement, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, safety practices, and standard operating procedures. The trainer will support learners in developing job-ready warehouse skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical training on warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

· Demonstrate inventory handling, stock documentation, material movement, and basic warehouse processes.

· Train learners on workplace safety, housekeeping, PPE usage, and safe material-handling practices.

· Prepare lesson plans, training materials, demonstrations, and practical activities aligned with the applicable QP.

· Monitor learner attendance, participation, practical performance, and progress.

· Conduct assessments, provide feedback,



and support learners in improving their practical skills.

· Maintain training records, assessment records, and other required documentation.

· Ensure training tools, equipment, and practical areas are used safely and maintained properly.

Key Skills

· Solid knowledge of warehouse, logistics, inventory, and material-handling operations.

· Positive communication, presentation, and training skills.

· Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and learner assessments.

· Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

· Good understanding of workplace safety and warehouse SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with 12th Class / ITI / Diploma / Graduate qualification and relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, material handling, or related operations are eligible, subject to the applicable Qualification Pack (QP) requirements.
