Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.3–6+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.Hands-on experience supporting Workday production environments.

Workday HCM Pro certification.Experience supporting global organizations.Knowledge of Workday Payroll, Advantages, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting.Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.Experience supporting Workday during post-go-live stabilization.
