Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
Minimum experience of 3 years is mandate of civil company.
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
Check measurements, quantities, and project variations.
Prepare RA bills, final bills, reconciliation, and deviation statements.
Coordinate with site, procurement, and accounts teams.
Monitor project costs and ensure accurate and timely billing.
