Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Product Manager
to develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products, support the sales team, strengthen brand performance, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Brand Management
Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
Prepare annual marketing plans, promotional strategies, and brand objectives.
Monitor product performance and identify prospects for growth.
Manage product lifecycle, positioning, and brand development.

Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
Track competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and current launches.
Identify potential therapeutic segments and new business opportunities.

Sales Team Support




Develop product communication and promotional materials for field teams.
Conduct product training for Medical Representatives, ABMs, and Managers.
Provide scientific and marketing inputs to improve product detailing and prescription generation.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve product targets.

Doctor & Customer Engagement
Understand doctors' needs, feedback, and prescribing behavior.
Develop communication strategies for different specialties.
Support scientific promotional programs, CMEs, and doctor engagement activities.

Marketing Materials
Prepare visual aids, leave-behinds, product literature, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for marketing materials.
Ensure promotional communication is accurate and compliant with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Product Launches
Develop and execute launch plans for new products.
