Job description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for international Chat Process-Inbound Chats at Pune location.

Role & responsibilities
Resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing transparent and concise information.
Answering questions about billing or services.
Manage International inbound customer Chats with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

With minimum of 1 Year of experience in international voice process along with inbound calls.

SALARY - 3.5 TP 5 LPA (please note, we can offer on the basis of your last/current CTC)
