Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer with robust hands-on experience in UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and process experts to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver end-to-end automation solutions. The role requires solid expertise in UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Orchestrator, APIs, Azure DevOps, SQL, and emerging Agentic Automation and Generative AI technologies. Experience in finance-related processes is required.

Key responsibiltes
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, development, and testing of automation solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Design future-state automation components and obtain review/sign-off from process experts.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform Proof of Concepts to evaluate automation feasibility.
