nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam’s distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets.

nResponsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managersn
Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goalsn
Set monthly, quarterly,



and annual targets for AP acquisition and activationn
Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plansn
Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the regionn

nQualifications:

n
8+ years of experience in sales within BFSI/Capital Marketsn
Minimum 3+ years in team handling rolen
Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP modeln
Proven leadership and target achievement recordn
Robust analytical and performance management skillsn
