Experience: 10–15 years in HNI/UNHI Acquisition.

Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect
/n
Build robust presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, specialists)
/n

/n

/n

Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

/n

/n
Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.
/n
Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity.
/n

/n

/n

Team Leadership & Performance

/n

/n
Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors
/n
Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture.

Client Relationships & Advisory

/n

/n
Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients.

Deliver tailored investment strategies and market insights.

Advisory Excellence & Research Integration
