About the Role:

The Strategic Content Development Team at Wiley is offering a Coordinator, Strategic Content Development position based in Noida, India. The Coordinator, Strategic Content Development provides reporting, coordination, administrative, and analytical support to the Strategic Content Development (SCD) team, a group of Content Acquisition Specialists, Content Development Specialists, and Editor Experience Specialists, contributing to the overall achievement of content growth and editor lifecycle objectives. The ideal candidate will be qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented,



with excellent organizational and communication skills and an interest in improving workflows and processes to advance business objectives.

How will you make an impact:

Reporting and Data Analysis
Prepare SCA monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and ad hoc data analysis reports
Generate and distribute monthly communications and deadline reminders to team members
Identify journals with active SI programs but without updated submissions/acceptances in the current quarter and follow up with SCA leads
Configure and organize SI submission reports, with special attention to journals without a PRP Lead
Maintain data quality in Curate and other relevant systems, and communicate data requirements to team members
Track and report on cross-journal collections

Team Coordination and Administration
Arrange team meetings, training sessions for recent hires, and team-building sessions
Coordinate and support transfers, contact updates, and system access requests for team
