My3Tech is seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling proposals for private, state, and federal government contracts. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in helping us secure current prospects and expand our presence in the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
/n
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights required for proposal development.
/n
Research and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations to understand project requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines.
/n
Develop and write explicit, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and showcases our strengths and capabilities.
/n
Create compelling executive summaries, cover letters,
and other proposal sections to engage and captivate evaluators.
/n
Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting and style guidelines.
/n
Coordinate proposal development activities, including proposal kick-off meetings, content reviews, and document version control.
/n
Maintain a proposal library with up-to-date content, templates, and reusable boilerplate text.
/n
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government procurement regulations.
/n
Qualifications:
/n
Master‘s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
/n
Experience in proposal writing for private, state, and federal government contracts.
/n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT and Excel).
/n
