Candidate should have a valuable knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll Module. N
Candidate should have agood exposure in HCM Extracts (Outbounds) N
Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS N
Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. N
Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI. N
Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must. N
Experience on Inbound /Outbound Payroll Interfaces will be preferred N

Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations N
Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting. N
