Job Vacancy: Sales & Service Staff
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve customers professionally.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate billing.
Prepare and serve tea, beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer queries politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
Support daily sales and store operations.
Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
Check stock and inform the Store Manager about shortages.
Follow company SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Work effectively as part of the store team.
