Role Summary

Drive a, planning, coordination, technology due diligence, finance transformation alignment, executive reporting, and integration tracking for global M&A; initiatives, while partnering with specialist technology and business teams to execute the integration roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Global M&A; Technology Coordination

/n

/n
Act as the central coordinator for technology workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations.
/n
Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Digital & IT, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, SAP/ERP, Data, and Business teams to ensure successful integration planning and execution.
/n
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure timely completion of integration activities.
/n

Technology Due Diligence

/n

/n




Support technology due diligence activities by gathering and analyzing information on the target company‘s IT landscape, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
/n
Identify integration dependencies, technology gaps, potential risks, and synergy prospects.
/n
Prepare technology assessment reports and recommendations for leadership.
/n

M&A; Technology Integration, Governance & Enablement

/n

/n
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and value realization goals.
/n

/n

/n

/n
Establish and manage integration governance frameworks, executive review forums, KPI dashboards, RAID tracking, and decision management processes to ensure successful program delivery.
/n

/n

/n

/n
Develop progress reports, steering committee presentations
