Job Purpose

Lead PAN-India Talent Acquisition by developing and executing an effective hiring strategy across corporate, lateral, and bulk recruitment. Drive manpower planning, hiring targets, SLAs, recruitment metrics, and talent pipelines while partnering with business and HR leaders. Build and mentor high-performing recruitment teams, strengthen sourcing channels, and effectively manage agencies and hiring partners to deliver timely, quality talent.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage both Corporate and Bulk Hiring teams.
Develop and execute the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy.
Drive lateral, corporate, and bulk hiring as per business requirements.
Set hiring targets, SLAs, and recruitment KPIs.
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring.




Monitor recruitment metrics, including TAT, productivity, cost per hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Heading PAN INDIA.
Build solid sourcing channels and talent pipelines.
Mentor and develop the recruitment team.
Manage recruitment agencies, vendors, and hiring partners.

Requirements
15–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Solid experience in both corporate/lateral and bulk hiring.
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
Solid stakeholder management and hiring strategy experience.
Preferred Industry - Financial Services
