Role Description
This is a full time, in office Academic Counsellor – Edtech Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will engage with learners and prospective students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations, and recommend suitable edtech courses and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining program features, guiding learners through enrollment,



and supporting them with academic queries. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams to meet enrollment targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing timely follow-ups. The Academic Counsellor will also participate in outreach initiatives, contribute feedback to improve offerings, and ensure a qualified, learner-centered experience throughout the counseling and sales process.
