Human Resources Manager
to lead
talent acquisition
and support our overall
HR operations.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will
primarily
lead
end-to-end recruitment
across onshore & offshore markets, while managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across
IT domain.
Manage the
end-to-end employee lifecycle
, including onboarding, documentation, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent Communication Skills is a
MUST
.





Qualifications
Robust experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in
IT core technology.
Experience managing onshore & offshore hiring with usage of tools like LinkedIn or Naukri is
MUST
.
Solid communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and recruitment partners.
Solid Experience in
working on
atleast one
popular HR Tool like Zoho, ATS, WorkDay, KEKA and so forth.
Master's degree
in Human Resources or a related field.
