Shift Timings:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift inclusive of break time)

Work Schedule:
6 days a week with rotational day off (Weekends and public holiday availability required during peak mall hours)

Internship Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused
Customer Relations Intern
to represent our brand on-site at our shopping mall location. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for mall visitors, handling in-person inquiries, managing feedback, supporting promotional events, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to retail operations, event management, and client relations, with a
direct path to permanent full-time employment, salary revisions, and long-term career progression
based on your performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
Visitor Assistance:




Greet shoppers warmly and provide directions regarding store locations, mall facilities, amenities, and event details.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally on-site, escalating complex matters to mall management when necessary.
Desk & Information Management:
Help manage the central information desk, issue promotional vouchers/passes, log lost and found items, and maintain visitor records.
Event & Campaign Support:
Assist with in office marketing activations, seasonal events, and mall-wide loyalty program drives.
Store & Operations Coordination:
Work alongside mall retailers, security personnel, and facility teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming shopper environment.

Stipend & Allowances
Monthly Stipend:
₹15,000 per month
Full Attendance Allowance:
₹1,000 per month (Awarded for 100% scheduled shift attendance and punctuality)
