Skills And Competencies
7+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, credit analysis, digital assets, financial technology, capital markets or structured finance
Strong understanding of digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and digital market infrastructure
Experience defining workflows, operating models, requirements and delivery roadmaps in a cross-functional environment
Extensive experience working with distributed ledger technologies, including permissioned and permissionless networks, decentralized finance protocols, node infrastructure and blockchain oracles
Extensive experience with data requirements, data mapping, data modeling and familiarity with data standards (ISO, Token standards) along with working knowledge of structured and unstructured on-chain and off-chain data sources
Ability to translate complex analytical, market and business concepts into scalable operatin
