Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Indian time

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented Finance Skilled to join our Global Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, person will drive financial planning, performance management, cost optimization, and strategic business partnering across Operation, regional Business/Zones finance teams. As a key contributor, person will leverage data-driven insights to guide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, benchmarking, and value-creation projects. This position will be responsible for building robust financial models,



performing advanced data analysis, and delivering timely, actionable insights and tools to support senior management and global stakeholders in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic finance business partner to Global Operations and Supply Chain leadership teams.
Support on annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities for Supply Chain functions.
Drive financial performance management through operation KPI tracking, trend analysis, and target achievement monitoring.
Perform detailed variance analysis on Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
Analyze COGS performance and identify prospects to improve product profitability and operational efficiency.
Lead Gross Savings tracking, validation, governance, and reportin
