Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nagpur.



The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, explain Ruloans’ loan, credit card, and insurance products, and guide clients in selecting suitable financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up with prospects, managing customer inquiries, and supporting clients through application, documentation, and approval processes. The role involves maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, and meeting assigned sales and conversion targets. The Salesperson is expected to uphold Ruloans’ standards of transparency and customer service while representing the brand in the local market.

Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
