Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator who can own content end-to-end. From coming up with the idea to writing the script, creating/editing the content, and understanding how it performs. You will be expected to actively create content that people want to watch, share, save and talk about while building a robust community around the brand. The ideal candidate is someone who understands what makes content work on Instagram, and is naturally curious about trends and internet culture, and can turn a straightforward idea into engaging, platform-native content.

Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Creation

● Come up with fresh, original content ideas for Instagram and YouTube (short form).

● Identify trends, formats, conversations and cultural moments that the brand can participate in.

● Develop content concepts based on audience interests, brand objectives and performance insights.

● Turn ideas into hooks, scripts,



shot lists and finished content. ● Create content independently using available resources.

● Experiment with different formats, hooks, storytelling styles and content structures to identify what works.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling

● Write short-form scripts that are conversational, engaging and native to the platform.

● Develop robust hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.

● Adapt the same idea into different formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other channels.

● Write content that feels natural and human, not like an advertisement or generic brand content.
Editing & Content Production

● Edit short-form videos independently using tools such as CapCut, Inshot, VN, Edits, Canva or similar.

● Add appropriate text, transitions, music, sound effects and pacing to make content engaging.

● Take ownership of the final output instead of relying entirely on
