About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising, data, and driving measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, analytics, and lead/customer acquisition.

You should be someone who takes ownership, enjoys experimenting, understands numbers, and can turn campaign data into actionable marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis.




Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with explicit insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
Run A/B tests and continuously experiment with current strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnels.
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, bidding, optimization, and scaling.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
