About the Role:

The Manager CSR will lead and scale Carrier Indias CSR strategy and programmes across sustainability, workplace stewardship, and skill development,



aligned to national priorities and Carriers global purpose of creating safe, sustainable, and intelligent climate solutions.

The role will be responsible for driving high-impact, measurable initiatives, building strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with CSR regulations, and strengthening Carriers reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.

Role & Responsibilities:
CSR Strategy & Programme Leadership
Design and execute Carrier Indias CSR roadmap across:
Sustainability & Environmental Impact (e.g., climate, air quality, circularity)
Skill Development (HVAC training, youth employability)
Community Development initiatives
Translate global ESG priorities into India-relevant, high-impact programmes.
Identify scalable flagship initiatives (e.g., education, green campuses, urban environmental impact)
Programme Execution & Impact Delivery
Drive end-to-end implementation of CSR initiatives including:
