About the Role

We are looking for an
enthusiastic, proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive
to identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the Sales and Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence in making outbound calls, the ability to conduct online research and a solid interest in sales and business development. The role will involve identifying prospective customers and business prospects within the
stainless steel fasteners and industrial products segment
.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers, distributors, dealers, industrial buyers and corporate clients.
Generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn, Google, social media,



business directories, industry portals, exhibitions and other online platforms
.
Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and business contacts.
Reach out to prospects through
phone calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
.
Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads before forwarding them to the Sales Team.
Identify potential business opportunities in relevant industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Schedule meetings, discussions and product presentations for the Sales/Business Development team.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and lead status in
CRM/Excel
.
Prepare daily activity and lead-generation reports.
Assist the Sales Team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Support marketing and business development
