Role Description
The Savings Account Opening Executive is responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end process of opening savings accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive service experience. This is a full time, in office role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. Day-to-day activities include interacting with walk-in and referred customers, explaining savings account features and eligibility criteria, collecting and verifying KYC documents,



and completing required application forms and system entries. The executive will coordinate with internal teams to resolve account opening issues, track application status, and ensure timely activation of accounts. The role also involves maintaining records, following regulatory and company policies, and promoting additional banking products when appropriate.

Candidates should possess robust customer service and relationship-building skills to assist and guide customers through the account opening process.
