Key Responsibilities
Prepare the daily production plan and allocate work to shop-floor teams.
Set job priorities according to drawings, BOM, customer commitments and dispatch dates.
Supervise fabrication, welding, fitting and machine-assembly activities.
Monitor manpower productivity, attendance, discipline and utilization.
Identify production delays and take corrective action quickly.

Coordinate with Stores / Purchase for material shortages and urgent requirements.
Coordinate with QC for inspection points and defect / rework closure.
Reduce rework, rejection,



idle time and avoidable production loss.
Track machine-wise daily progress and report status to management.
Ensure tools, machines and resources are used properly and safely.
Maintain shop-floor housekeeping and basic safety discipline.
Monitor overtime requirements and use overtime only where operationally justified.
Maintain daily production records and pending-work status.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
