Role Description
The Insurance Eligibility Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying patients’ insurance coverage, benefits, and pre-authorization requirements with various insurers on a daily basis. This role involves reviewing patient information, contacting insurance companies, documenting eligibility details,



and updating internal systems with accurate data. The specialist will coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and front-office staff to resolve discrepancies, prevent claim denials, and ensure smooth reimbursement processes. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies, handling inquiries related to coverage, and supporting reporting or audit activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai.

Qualifications
Experience in insurance eligibility verification, medical billing, or revenue cycle operations within healthcare settings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives, healthcare staff, and patients.
