About KEVOR

KEVOR is a growing power solutions business focused on servo voltage stabilizers for commercial and industrial applications.

We are looking for a hands-on sales manager who wants to work directly with the founder, acquire customers, develop sales networks and build a team as the business grows.

About the Role

You will initially focus on generating business yourself and guiding our existing sales activity. As sales grow, you will help recruit, train and manage additional salespeople within an agreed hiring plan.

KEVOR will support you with product information, technical coordination, quotations, manufacturing coordination and after-sales service arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop industrial customers through prospecting, factory visits and relationship building.
Build an active network of dealers, distributors, machinery suppliers and referral partners.




Manage enquiries and follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
Guide the existing salesperson and establish transparent territory and account ownership.
Create practical sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Review visits, qualified enquiries, quotations, orders and collections.
Coordinate with the founder and technical team on customer requirements and commercial proposals.
Support payment collection and maintain customer relationships.
Recommend sales hires and help recruit, train and lead the team as the business expands.
Share market feedback and identify opportunities for profitable growth.

Who We Are Looking For
Proven experience in industrial B2B sales or electrical equipment sales.
Experience with servo stabilizers, UPS systems, power equipment, machinery or automation is preferred.
Ability to personally generate business and close sales.
Experience guiding salespeople, or a robust s
