Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Applications, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute the digital enablement roadmap in alignment with DHL Supply Chain's overall business and technology strategy.




Lead the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.
Strengthen Data & Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Oversee the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of scalable digital applications and products.
Drive Intelligent Process Automation initiatives to improve productivity, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
Lead digital transformation and innovation programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, automation, and digital solutions can create measurable business value.
Ensure effective governance, prioritization, scalability, sustainability, and alignment of digital initiatives across the organization.
