About the Role

Innova Software Services Inc. is looking for an experienced and self-driven Recruiter cum Account Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment and client/POC coordination for our India IT and BPO hiring operations.

This is a 100% remote role designed for someone who can take ownership from day one and work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, submitting profiles, following up on feedback, and driving positions toward closure.

We are looking for someone who does not need continuous task allocation or follow-up and can independently organize priorities and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Delivery
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and BPO positions across India.




Understand job requirements and independently create an effective sourcing strategy.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, compensation, notice period, location, communication skills, and overall suitability.
Conduct initial recruiter screening and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, joining follow-ups, and post-offer engagement.
Work proactively on priority requirements without requiring continuous supervision.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS.

Account Management and Client Coordination
Act as a recruitment point of contact for assigned clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
