Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Management: Proactively identify, approach, and engage with prospective manufacturing and industrial companies to generate new business prospects.
Technical Sales & Consultation: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of CNC machines and cutting tools to understand client requirements and pitch tailored machinery solutions.
Closing Deals: Drive the entire sales cycle from the initial cold call or meeting through to negotiation and successfully "finishing the call" (closing the contract).
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers, production managers, and procurement heads across target industries.
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales pitches and identify untapped regional or sector-specific opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts, presenting regular progress reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven, extensive experience in B2B sales specifically within the manufacturing, heavy machinery, or industrial tools sectors.
Technical Expertise: Solid foundational knowledge and practical understanding of CNC machines, their operations, and tooling applications.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical specifications into explicit business benefits for clients.
Drive: Self-starter mentality with the resilience to handle objections and the persistence to close complex, high-ticket industrial sales.
Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
