The Role
Your goal is to get brand into independent U.S. retail stores and build long-term wholesale relationships with them.

You will own the full sales cycle. You find the right stores, reach the owner or buyer, introduce the brand, send samples, follow up, open the account, close the first order and stay their main contact for reorders. No one else closes the deal for you. You build the relationship from the first call onwards.

This is a hands-on outbound role with a high call volume, around 50 calls a day. It suits someone who enjoys being on the phone and talking with store owners.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify independent outdoor, hunting, fishing, archery, camping and sporting goods retailers across the U.S.
Reach store owners and buyers by phone, email and other channels
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily and build a robust retail pipeline
Present our brand, product range and wholesale program
Offer samples to qualified retail partners and share pricing and wholesale materials




Follow up consistently and convert interested stores into active dealers
Open recent dealer accounts and close initial wholesale orders
Manage accounts long term and grow them into repeat customers
Keep leads, conversations and follow-ups updated in our CRM
Share retailer feedback on products, pricing, margins and the dealer program
Identify new opportunities, buying groups and industry contacts
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events in the future

What We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken English and confidence speaking with U.S. store owners and buyers
Availability to work standard U.S. business hours
Experience in B2B, wholesale or retail sales
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and managing your own pipeline
Natural, relationship-driven communication rather than scripted selling
Solid follow-up habits and motivation from opening accounts and closing deals
